Methuselah Interactive Ltd ("we", "our", or "us") develops premium gaming software. Our fundamental design principle is data minimisation. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal details to play our single-player games. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Where applicable, our titles utilise Apple's built-in iCloud services or on-device local storage to back up your game progress, achievements, and configuration settings. This data is tied directly to your personal Apple Account and is managed entirely through Apple's secure architecture. We do not host or have direct access to your private iCloud data.
To identify software crashes and optimise gameplay performance, our applications may collect completely anonymised, non-identifiable technical metrics (such as device model, operating system version, frame rate drops, and error logs). This tracking strictly adheres to Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) frameworks.
Our games comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international standards. We do not knowingly collect or request personal identifiable data from children under the age of 13.
